Identify the people who want success the most and are sponges for your expertise. Lock on to them and give them all the energy, coaching, and heart that you can. You'll find the time when you stop investing in those who lack hunger and coachability.
When you ask a question and the person says, “I don’t know,” it’s problematic. If performance is bad and they have no explanation, it’s catastrophic. Imagine having heart palpitations and you ask for an explanation, and the doctor says, “I don’t know.”
You need to know WHY you’re under-performing before you can improve. Even if the explanation hurts your pride, start by owning it if you want the results to change. The same goes for people you manage. Hold them to the fire until they say something more than, "I don't know."

Stop taking advice from "experts" who preach multiple streams of income. In this video, I break down the danger of having too many options and why FOCUS is key to success. It also applies to how you sell both products and services. Take a cue from Costco and don't give your customers too many choices.
A valuable and emotional video from Mario. It was courageous for him to share this. I know that he did it because he cares about people and wants them to learn from the pain that alcohol created in his life.
Share this with someone who is struggling. If you feel stuck, think about who is there for you in your darkest moments and reach out to them. It's hard but it's the only way out. As Mario shared, the two key words are perspective and gratitude.
How bright our future looks! If you turn off the news, you'll see incredible young people doing incredible things. All they need is love and guidance.
Share the video I made, 20 Rules for Young Men, with males between 13 and 29. It's simple life advice that many simply don't know. Hearing this when I was a young man would have prevented a lot of pain.
