Figure out what you need to kill in order to elevate. It may be ego, vices, excessive control, or a rigid way of managing. You're stuck for a reason and it's on you to figure it out and adapt.
Think of money as a magnet: You can attract or detract it, depending on if you respect it or bash it. Too often, the people who want money are the same ones who bash those who have it, but the formula doesn't work that way.
Pay close attention to how you speak about money. When your mind can be free of the worry of money, you can focus on your true purpose. Remember, money isn't an end in itself—it's true power is in what it can allow you to do. Speak of money in an empowering light.
Creating a team of advisors around you who are not afraid of telling you the truth. These are people you trust and who have bought into your long-term vision and plan.
Set a deadline by the end of June to select the team. Then put quarterly meetings on your calendar for the next year.
