Take a couple deep breaths before deciding if you should speak. I'm the first guy to say that you must stand up to bullies and control your own narrative. That doesn't mean you fight every battle or that silence doesn't have its place.
"A man who has nothing which he is willing to fight for, nothing which he cares more about than he does about his personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself'."
Ask yourself what you're willing to fight for and if you're doing your part to be free and to protect freedom in our world.

Same as the previous move...get clear on your role in protecting freedom and see if you're doing your part to stamp out tyranny.
