Your ego will want to change people who are uncoachable. Your business relies on coaching people who want to get better. It's not always easy but winners don't let ego get in their way.
One bad apple can run a meeting, a mastermind, or even a party. The challenge is what to do when this difficult person is a high performer.
Rely on your judgment. Sometimes when you let this person go, you get "addition by subtraction." Other times, you put this person in a silo. If this person is coachable, you can bring them back to the team and unify them.
How do you get people to want to put their selfish desires aside to play for a team?
Give people a chance. Have a one-on-one meeting so they feel heard. Paint a picture of the vision of what their life will look like for those who are willing to work for the team. If they don't step up, you need to move on.

Whenever you're reading a book, make it a group activity! We had an incredible meeting this week because other people on my team are getting different insights, which means the impact is multiplied.
All your experiences. I see three common traits from successful people: They experienced unconditional love from one person. They experienced unconditional pain from a person they loved. They had a formidable enemy who woke them up.
Be the person who gives unconditional love to others. Grieve your pain and also realize that it has taught you something. And, lastly, Choose Your Enemies Wisely.
