Know the difference between frustrated and negative. Frustrated can last for a season and can be tolerated. Negative is a pattern that I will never allow.

Your Move

If you goal is to have an explosive year, don't tolerate the negative people who fall below your standards. If you're afraid of a short-term dip, you're letting fear stand in the way of your grand vision.

2. Stat of the week

When you or your team gets stuck, how quickly do you identify the problem? Do you see the solution as being more about logic or emotion?

Your Move

Most blocks are emotional, which is why leaders need to connect emotionally. You need to constantly sell the dream, tear down negative beliefs, and create urgency.

3. Strategize

Do you think more about firing up others or firing yourself up? How much of you is focused on moving yourself and realizing your own dream?

Your Move

Tap into your own dream and you become way more powerful than you can imagine. As a result, you begin to attract instead of chase.

4. Read

The concerning statistics about fatherless homes in America. Here’s how America ranks amongst countries around the world in single parent households: China 3%, India 4%, world average 7%, USA 23%.

Your Move

There's so much to unpack about this issue. The one thing you can always do is be an example and a mentor to young people.

5. Perspective

Everything. There are some many forces trying to draw you into negativity and turn you into a victim. The antidote is gratitude.

Your Move

Don't wait to make big moves or tell people how much they mean to you. The best way to get more of what you want is to appreciate what you have and constantly give thanks to God and the people you love.
