After you sell hell, you say, "Are you open to a suggestion?" If they're not, let this person go. You are not God. If they show sincere interest in getting better, only then can you talk about solutions and accountability.
Make sure you don't wake up the wrong people. The minute you start to bully--whether it's taking advantage of suppliers, employees, or partners--people will notice. Even if you think you can get away with it, remember that leverage will shift, and they will come after you.
Stay hungry. Stay humble. Even after you've had success, continue to go above and beyond for the people in your life and in your business.
