Love what you do. Know your mission and be committed to a long-term vision. I love what I do, which is why all the difficulties are viewed as challenges. If you're having more bad days than good, you probably have stopped loving your business.

Self-deprecation is the fastest way to confuse and defuse the enemy. The enemy HATES it when you can laugh at yourself. It shortens the life span of any criticism. Fighting it lengthens the lifespan of the criticism. Get your ego out of the way and either laugh at criticism or ignore it altogether.

Whether you are a parent or not, our society depends on young boys having 3 things to become men: 1. Someone they love 2. Someone they respect 3. Someone they fear. Young boys need all three to become a net positive to society.
