Relish your enemies! Nothing forces you to dig deep than a powerful enemy who will require more of you than you thought you had.
Assume 80% of people don't want to be a leader or work hard. That's why people love formulas. Sell them on the idea of letting systems take the place of hard work. When they say, "Anyone can do that," you know you're on to something.
Build as many "machines" as you can. The more formulas you can create, the more work gets done without you. This allows you to buy back time and use your time efficiently. It also creates duplication in your business.
