Know your audience. Whether you're selling a product, service, or idea, stop thinking about what you want and start thinking about what others want.

Appreciate your health and make the moves to maintain it. Also, don't take the health of your loved ones for granted. Don't wait another minute without letting people close to you know how much they mean to you.
