Stay focused on the vision. When you fully commit to it, you'll feel fulfilled and get all the spoils. If you chase fame or money, you'll likely end up with nothing.
Don't share your vision with me (or another demanding leader) unless you are prepared to live up to it. Once you say it, be prepared to be held to it.
Your vision...chase it or change it. If you're going to declare a big vision, be prepared to be held accountable to it. If you want to coast and live an easy life, that's fine. Just don't proclaim that you want more.
Bank on habits. If you want long-term success, commit to habits. Make consistent actions non-negotiable and put in the day-to-day work.
Focus on consistency. Stop looking for quick hits or contests to spike revenue or enthusiasm. Instead, stay committed to your daily habits.
