Pbd's 5 moves for the week
July 24, 2022
1. Reflect

Many have tried to recruit me to negative town. None have succeeded because I’m a LEADER.

Your Move

Be alert to negativity in your business and your life. When you see it, recruit people back to positivity because of your standards or the negativity will spread. If it doesn't happen, let these people go.

2. Stat of the week

I had a 30-minute call with a 7-figure earner this week, and I only talked about one thing: reminding him that he’s a badass.

Your Move

Everyone needs to be reminded of their potential and their power. Even the confidence of killers can wane at times...if you allow it.

3. Strategize

Do you think anyone has a clue who the biggest thinkers are? As much as you think you can read people, you can never tell who thinks the biggest. Only time will reveal who has the biggest vision.

Your Move

Don't try to compete with the biggest thinkers. It will be psychological torture if you set your bar at the level of someone who is obsessed with their vision.

4. Read

The difference between capitalism and socialism. Watch what's happening in Colombia now to understand what happens when you restrict freedom.

Your Move

Make the difference clear between deserving and earning,. If the people you lead feel they "deserve" advancement without results, it's on you to fix your culture and instill a new mindset.

5. Perspective

Leaders who shaped your values. No one in the world has annoyed me more than my dad--and also has had more impact on my character--because he forced me to constantly see that if I wanted change, I needed to earn it.

Your Move

Lean in to those who push you. Instead or running or resisting their feedback, ask for it and ask what you need to do to raise your own standards.
