Treat your life like a marathon that has bursts of sprints. Since success is based on outlasting, you have to find a pace that is sustainable. You also need every tool possible to become more efficient, buy back time, and increase your stamina.
Stop thinking that more is better. When Elon Musk took over Twitter, he slashed headcount. He continues to weed out people because he knows that a small, committed team with a vison crushes a large team without one.

Family. No one will frustrate you more, open up your heart more, and teach you more than family. It may seem counter-intuitive, but you wouldn't be frustrated by family members if you didn't love them so much.
When you get frustrated, ask, "What is this trying to teach me?" Instead of reacting, take the time to understand what you need to heal in order to love this person more deeply.
