Stop being naïve by thinking that the noise will go away. Forget about clearing your inbox or making peace with all your haters. Accept that as long as you are playing the game and having success, there will be plenty of noise.
The only assurance you have for long-term success is the ability to recruit and develop new talent.
Focus more on making others rich than yourself rich. Put most of your energy into the success of those around you. Once you get a reputation that people who work for you or associate with you win, you can recruit incredible talent.
Are you better off publicizing your success or keeping it secret? It might make sense to fly under the radar while building your competitive advantage. On the other hand, if you're trying to attract customers or investors, publicity can be your friend.
No matter your goal, always control the narrative. If it pays to be secretive, control what gets shared. If it pays to publicize, do so in a thoughtful and strategic way.
