1. Reflect

Being lukewarm is a proven strategy to fail. Dipping your toe in the water motivates no one and never leads to greatness. It's a pre-determined excuse, used by losers, to explain why things didn't work out.

Your Move

Go all-in on your life. Commit to your best. One decision by one person to fully commit can change an entire family--and the course of history.

2. Stat of the week

Henry David Thoreau said, "...if one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours."

Your Move

Get clear on the life of your dreams and begin moving in that direction immediately! Stop hedging your bets and having a Plan B. It's a defense mechanism that leads to mediocrity. You are way better than that.

3. Strategize

A great leader is defined by people being better because you are in their life.

Your Move

Treat your people so well that a part of their motivation is not wanting to disappoint you. When those around you succeed, you become a magnet for other winners and the entire recruiting game changes in your favor.

4. Read

What Happened to Jon Stewart, a long article in The Atlantic.

Your Move

Study your industry from all sides (this article has a very liberal bent). One of the things I took from this article is the power of having an ENEMY. Tucker Carlson was motivated when Jon Stewart tried to humiliate him just as Trump was by Obama.

5. Perspective

Your health.

Your Move

I see too many entrepreneurs with big dreams carrying around excess weight. To dominate, you need every edge. Stop saying you don't have time. When you start to look and feel better, every aspect of your life improves.
