My 3 biggest takeaways: 1: Don't pick your winners too early. 2: A company driven by a founder will crush one led by corporate executives. 3: You are one recruit, business partner, or client away from changing your life and having a business explosion.

Since culture eats strategy for breakfast, you better find creative ways to build a culture where your team is connected to the mission and working for something much more meaningful than a paycheck.

Capitalism. Watching Air was just another reminder of how capitalism drives us to compete in a way that everyone--consumers, employees, entrepreneurs, and most of all, society wins.

Get in the arena. If you're hungry to solve problems, lead, and build generational wealth, there's no better move than becoming an entrepreneur or intrapreneur.
