Leadership is the combination of structure and expectations. Structure means giving people systems for how to manage business and life at the same time and win. Expectations is seeing their greatness and setting the bar higher than they would for themselves.
Expand the scope for what you share with your team. Since family, health, relationships, and personal finance impact performance, why would it be off-limits? Do so while speaking the "dream language" and letting them know you expect them to succeed.
